J&S Developments was founded in 1998 as part of the Jones and Skinner group and provides quality renovating, grant and new build services.
In the past few years J&S Developments has expanded the new build area of the business and and in 2005 built five 2 bedroom houses on the old high street site.
2006 saw the development of the former Fronwen School site in Ogmore Vale.
J&S Developments now rent over 25 houses and several commercial premises including, a tyre house, The Weighbridge Cafe, and a section of the old Llynfi Dairy. |
